Lauree Bradway - Broker In Charge
Lauree is a Charleston native with 21 years of successful sales experience.  Due to Lauree's enthusiasm and relentless drive, she has won numerous awards and recognition throughout her career such as:  Appointed as Director for the year 2005-2008 on the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors Board of Directors, current Vice-President of the North Area Top Producers Club,  Agent of the Month numerous times and Rookie of the Year, to name a few.  Her motivation and desire to step outside the traditional 'real estate box' led her to open her 'Boutique' real estate office in September, 2001. Teamwork is the key in this office, located in upscale Village Square Shoppes in downtown Summerville.  Lauree also wanted to give back to the community, so she pledged that all interest earned from Escrow would be given to Dorchester Habitat for Humanity on a regular basis.

Lauree has one eighteen year old daughter, Aubrey, who is was quite active in Summerville High School and is now entering Charleston Southern University as a nursing student.  Lauree enjoys the beach, exercising, shopping for antiques with friends, staying very involved in her church, Northwood Assembly, volunteering at the local Christian radio station WKCL 91.5 every Sunday morning from 6-10A.M. and working with HIS Radio (a Christian radio station network), which covers the Carolinas and Georgia, serving on the Grievance Committee as Chair for the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors and gladly serving Habitat for Humanity as past Vice-President of the Board of Directors and Chairing the Fundraising Committee....and simply relaxing when she can.

Lollie Roumillat Box - Office Manager Lollie is a Summerville native and has over 26 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.  Lollie's dedication and work ethic is unsurpassed.  Her voice is generally the pleasant one you hear when you call and she will assist you throughout the transaction. Lollie is married to husband Allen and they live on the lake in Moncks Corner.  Lollie enjoys boating, fishing, shopping for antiques with friends (and daugther, Lauree), walking and bicycling.

Liz Barefoot - Administrative Assistant Liz's voice is generally one of the first you hear when you reach our office of hospitality. With gracious southern charm, she enjoys making everyone who comes through our office....or via the phone or email.... feel welcome. Making your visit, call or transaction a pleasant experience is her top priority. It is through her many years of customer service that have made her a pro. Liz is Lauree's Administrative Assistant and she will also assist you through the Home Selling experience...from start to finish. Liz is a South Carolina native, has lived in the Charleston area for several years and has found that her favorite place is right here in the Low Country. It provides the charm, the history and the lifestyle of Southern living that she enjoys so much. She enjoys music, art, decorating, reading, gardening and along with her husband Alex (Associate Pastor at our church, Northwood Assembly) and son Nathan, she enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time at the beach.

Suny Mckaughan - Buyers Agent Suny is a motivated and enthusiastic buyers agent who understands that purchasing a home is both an exciting and daunting prospect for most people. She discovered she had a real passion for the home buying process through the years of investigating properties with her husband Michael who is a builder. It was this love of the process that led her to become involved with helping people find homes. Suny believes in a very individualized approach to working with clients. “ I want my clients to not only feel like my top priority, but to realize they are. Matching a person with a home that meets their needs and wants, seeing those possibilities, is a wonderful adventure.” Suny lives in Mount Pleasant where she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, decorating, gardening and pretty much anything that keeps her active. Suny has a high energy level and a need to spend her time being productive. It is her personal commitment to devote that energy and time to meeting your home buying needs.

Kerry Frith - Buyers Agent Kerry Frith has been in sales for 15 years, and it was the relationships that he developed in the real estate profession that encouraged him to become an advocate for real estate buyers. Always ready to protect the interest of the home buyer, Kerry believes that it is important for a real estate agent to be knowledgeable, honest, and sincere. That is exactly the qualities that he possesses. Although Kerry comes to us from Ely, England, he has been calling the Lowcountry home for 20 years. He is enthusiastic about our local culture, southern customs, and helping folks find the place where their day begins and ends, that special place that makes them feel good....their home. Kerry Volunteers by coaching local community sports, he collects art from a few select artists, and he can spend hours in his garden before finishing his day by preparing a wide range of delectable foods for his family in his eclectic kitchen.
